“Pictures included a continental breakfast which was not available. Coffee only served. Pool and hot tub out of order with 100 degree temperatures. Very low quality, uncomfortable beds in room. No accommodations for infants. ”

“Excellent location and clean room , spacious. There was parking infront of the room. Central location to the St. Helena high street. Central to go for wine tasing and restaurants. Cant fault them at all. The price was reasonable. will def stay again ”

“From the moment we arrived til we left we were taken care of… It started with upgrading our room to twin Queen beds (no up charge) then helping us navigate activities and recommendations. We enjoyed both dinner with a view of the River and sunset and the complimentary breakfast with amazing fresh baked muffins, fresh bread, hard boiled eggs, etc Coffee was lovely, fresh and plentiful We had a delay with our pick up and were told no rush to check out. “Lovely setting, very friendly staff, and large spacious clean rooms. Outside common areas need to be spruced up. Outside walls, columns, stairwells and entry areas to rooms need pressure washing. ”
